"Soto”s roofing was not the low bid on this project, however had one of the highest ratings of the four contractors we looked at. We took a chance on them and we were right…they were in and out in two days, even though after the tear off, we had to replace 27 sheets of underlayment, rotten gable ends, and some dry rot repair where a few truss ends had to be replaced. They were fair on their pricing for the project and the change orders that I approved. As soon as they finished the project the rain came. they did what they said they would do!
