"I met with Ken for a quote and he was smart, open and friendly about the work I needed done to replace the shutters on my house. The quote provided was right on the spot and ended up being half as much as the next company that I met with. After providing the down payment I never heard from him. I called to follow up a week later and he said he would call me back, but never did. Another week later they showed up at the house to do the job. Thankfully it was a small job that was on the exterior of the house, but I just found it all a little strange - no call back or a scheduled appt to install. Overall I'm happy with the work and the price."

"Very professional attitude! Very high quality work! He completed the initial repair in about 30 minutes and then volunteered to do anything else in the house since there is a two hour minimum.
