"A representative called with minutes of my first contact, and we arranged an appointment. The plumber arrived at the designated time, informed me that the camera search might be inconclusive and instead chose to enter the crawl space. Leaks were detected and the assessment was replacing a section of the drain. I had assumed at least $1,000 and the bid was $1,200. The appointment was made, and the repairs were completed satisfactorily. I was also having my house painted at the time, and the painter was also impressed by the thorough professional job that was done. Count me as a happy client."

"after contacting crs i was still without hot water from 3/30 till 4/10. the first time they came out they lit the pilot light. the second time they replaced some parts but must have mis diagonost as i was still without hot water. friday i was told i needed a different part & needed access to my house as the tech wrote down a number wrong. well i told him how to access the house as was done previously by me leaving my garage door opener where they could find it. i was getting water to heat up & noticed i have hot water. so they never even contacted me to tell me that my problem was fixed when they were here on friday. i dnt no if i would recom"
