He gave us a 90 day guarantee, so when the dryer started causing problems again he came out and fixed it, with no addional expense for the second house call. "

"H&N was amazing! I applaud a company that tells their customer how it is. I wish we could have fixed it but the repair cost just didn't warrant it. And then to know that I only paid for a service call!!! Don was here a good hour or so and had to go so far as to replace a few parts only to determine the crazy dryer wasn't going to work (granted it was over 20 years old). THANK YOU!
