"Mr Phipps had explained his qualifications, products, how and when he would do the job of replacing the garage door. In this regard I felt that Mr Phipps showed he was a true professional. When Mr Phipps had completed the job and left for another there occurred a problem with the garage door not closing, I called him he explained what to do and if that had not corrected the problem he would return after his next job. In effect what he suggested did correct the problem whereas he did not have to return. Prior to leaving for his next job Mr Phipps indicated he would send the receipt of work done and the full payment ASAP, to this date 03/29/2009 I have not received it, the work was done 03/13/2009. This would be the only issue I have with Mr Phipps"
