"Mr. Murray answered my call promptly. He was very courteous and professional. He made an appointment to assess the project within a week and started work exactly on time. He explained the problem and discussed possible solutions and alternatives. He did not try to get additional, unnecessary work done, as the other two contractors. He finished the work in about the time estimated. When done, his crew left everything spotless, so much so that you could hardly tell what was done. The landscape was essentially undisturbed. The work was flawless. At this early point it seems the problem has been resolved."
