"RESONDED,!! quickly and arranged to see the project that day. He called in the afternoon as promised and brought his son who is the tile layer, repairer and analyst of my particular problem. Son Paul, examined the tiled area and didn't try to expand the problem into a major disaster, told me what he thought was the extent of the problem and what he proposed to do to solve it. He called me with a price within a couple of hours or less, which I thought was very reasonable, proposing that he and Mike come here SUNDAY morning and fix it within a couple of hours. I had heard enough, Paul and his father Mike obviously knew what the problem was ( as so did I) and did not try to expand the job with expansive and expensive work and did not try to overcharge me. I awarded them the contract, they arrived at the agreed time, demanded little of my services and carefully lifted the loose tiles, cleaned off the old bonding material and NEVER broke one tile. They completed the task on relaying the tiles that had lifted, told me that they were going to leave them to set for about an hour at which time they returned, checked the tiles, grouted the relaid tiles matching the existing grout colour, but warned that there may be a slight difference in tone. So far I see no colour difference and have not yet walked on the tile to give them time to permanently bond to the concrete. I was delighted with their contact with me, their adherence to schedule and their professionalism.
