"Ted was excellent! He arrived on time and ready to work. He was unhappy with the color of the grout he purchased so instead of just slapping it in and telling me a fib about it drying to match the existing color, he came back the next day with a new batch of grout and did the job right! Very impressed with his honestly and professionalism!"
