"The service rendered by Richard was excellent however, dealing with the person in charge of the office was upsetting. The 2 motors that needed to be repaired cost $149.00 each and he wanted to charge me $320.00 each plus 2 hours to replace them which takes 1/2 an hour total. When I told him that I would pick up the unit and take it to another dealer he finally gave me a reasonable price. Just for the haggling, I wouldn't recommend them. The actual service was great."
