"Originally had made an appt to have another company service my central vacuum. I instructed them to call my cell phone about 30 mins prior to showing up since I would have to leave work early to meet them. Of course, they did not call first and would not work past 4:30pm or come back on a weekend. So, instead I called Wayne Topper at Central Vacuum Connections. He agreed come out on Saturday morning at 8:30am. Wayne quickly cleaned and serviced my system and even took the time to explain how I could do some of the work myself next time. All for $20 LESS than the other company had quoted. Wayne really knows the meaning of SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!"
