"The craftmanship Idel Designs provide is amazing. The final product is beautiful and just what we wanted. The project was completed a little over the initial estimated timeline. Not a problem though for us. The process however, was complicated by misunderstandings and miscommunication. The design was changed by Idel Design, without notification, from the time we signed the contract to installation. When we expressed our dislike of the changes, we were made to feel like it was our fault & made to feel guilty of the cost of time and material wasted b/c of their mistake. They do excellent work,but were challenging and stressful to work with."
