Raymond answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous I thought they sounded. Raymond has never been late for an estimate or the actual scheduled day of cleaning. It might seem minor, but in my experiences, timeliness is very important to me. I was even more impressed by how "new" my carpets looked when he was done.
