"He was very efficient, friendly and I felt very honest. I will not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or to use him again. He immediately found the problem, a tripped reset switch. He suggested that I shouldn't replace it now but took down the model number of my furnace so that if it tripped again I then could call him to replace it. He cleaned out the furnace area and replaced a filter that apparently an ex had removed and I was unaware that it was needed. He also checked the thermostat that my neighbor had installed for me and said it looked good. Short and to the Point, He was great."
