"I wanted a toilet replaced with a higher profile one. Chad called promptly after my initial contact and then on the day of the installation, called first from Home Depot to discuss the kind of toilet I wanted and talked about what was available and prices. He then came right over, installed the toilet, explained what he did, cleaned up very nicely after himself and left. This morning I called him just to check the water level was OK, as it was lower than my older one, and he told me how to check, but if I wasn't satisfied, he would come back. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend him. "
