"The installation was top notch, although they were 3 hours late due to a problem at another job. I was prepared for a full day so this did not present a problem. The two installers were very professional and walked me through the controls and answered all my questions. Make sure you ask and verify the total cost, as I had some questions after the bill was presented compared to the origional quote. "

This is SO UNLIKE your "Geeky" competitors! Then outstanding communication from the service person , Terry, about when he would arrive, and again what I specifically wanted performed. He was wonderfully smart and gifted and did an excellent job. I am phenomenally happy with his careful, obsessive work, and have told many people.
