Comment: We have a small house in Milwaukie (1050 sq ft), 3 br, 1 ba. My Father in law wants to move in with us, so we would like to expand to a 3-4 br, 3 ba (two master suites). We have a large yard, so we could go to the front, to the back, upstairs, whatever is most cost effective and workable for our family. We also have no idea about codes in our neighborhood, but there are a variety of home styles and sizes on our block so it shouldn't be a problem.
