"A bit wierd. On the posiitve side, they responded quickly, fixed the system and the price seemed reasonable. The tech did not clean up well behind himself. On the wierd side, he asked for my security code (which was not necessary to perform the repair) and at one point, sat down at my piano and begain playing AND SINGING! I was very uncomfortable with the tech and was anxious for him to leave. The system is fixed and working perfectly."
