"Was extremely prompt in responding to our request and came to our apartment hours after we put in our project, even on a Sunday night. Came to do the work the next day and called us to let us know he was running a little behind and to make sure it wasn't a problem before he came. Did the work requested with no questions asked and no beating around the bush. The work came out better then we ever could have expected and the price was extremely reasonable.
