Comment: Hi, We live in Newark, DE and would like to schedule a time for some estimates. 1) We need to buy a new gas furnace and pay for its connection and installation. We don't know when Delmarva will actually install the gas, but we need to be ready when they are and hope that this is within the month. 2) We also want to plan for a minor kitchen remodel, so we want to connect the gas to the kitchen as well in order to install a new gas stove/oven and remove cupboards/counters as necessary to accommodate bigger appliances. 3) We would also like to see if we can expand the kitchen area slightly by removing some walls and creating a breakfast bar (our neighbors with the same floorplan have done this, so I'm pretty sure its not a weight-bearing wall). Generally, Tuesday/Thursdays are best for me, between 9 and 3. thanks!
