"Very personable and very professional. Took the time to suggest and explore several options involved in the repair. Was the only one to accurately diagnose the issue and provide a complete solution. Several other contractors bid this job, but Outside Renovations was the only one whom I felt both adequately and accurately reflected the needs of my job. I would also add that theirs was NOT the lowest bid I received. However, in my opinion, theirs represented the best value. The job was completed on time with no unforeseen costs, and it was a quality and very professional repair."
