He gave me a quote and worked with me not only to come the next day, but at a time that was convenient for my family. The service was quick and professional. He was very knowlegdable about his field. I'm not sure which impressed me more, how easy he was to work with, or his extremely reasonable rates! "

"Gill responded quickly by phone, showed up when he said he would, explained my equipment problem clearly and got my AC units running. He verbally predicted the maintenance he expected to do, but when my equipment proved an exception, he adapted to the situation, explaining what may happen to the (very old) equipment in the future, how to best use it and that he'd help buy a replacement when necessary. I'll call him again to fix anything!"
