"All Star Roofing offered a 10% off coupon on the web for Service Magic customers, but would not honor it on the job that I had done. The Coupon had no qualifying statements or exclusions, but the owner chose not allow me to use it. Job was subbed out, and I had to closely supervise the roofing crew, making several job visits during the course of the work to inspect and make decisions. Original quote was not doable, and they had to revise plan midstream. Final quality is acceptable and job foreman worked hard to please me. But it seemed to be not as professional a presence as I would expect from a Service Magic screened contractor."
