We are wanting to build a basement and a room above in on to our existing home, as well as, increase our back porch and add a bathroom for our daughter. We have our ideas in mind of where everything should be. Cost is a consideration, because of appraisal and financing issues. So, we are willing to finish some of the work ourselves. We are wanting to add a 16 x 20 basement with a 19 x 20 room over it connecting to the current home, Extend out existing back porch, and add a 8 x 4 bathroom attached to the back of our daughters room. I am attaching before and after floor plans for your review. We are need a quote on, first if you can do it, second how much it would cost if you did everything, and the final one if you build it to the texturing of the walls and then we finished the rest.
