Comment: I have a large house with no garage and abundant basement space. How about cutting into the cinder block wall on the gable side to allow for a garage door? I believe your services would be required for me to know feasibility, how big to make the header afterward, what other construction rules apply inside and out, how to support that part of the structure while cutting out the wall, whether the huge I-beams to either side of the cut need extra support, etc. Our site is also unique enough that I may be tempted too hire you for landscape design too.
