"I hired James to do my bathroom remodels (2) and tile my kitchen, laundry room, and put ceiling fans up (2). He is a very meticulious worker, and does good quality work. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but apparently he did not finish cleaning up and touching up paint from the areas he worked on. The actual work (fans, tile, ect.) is great, but please make sure that the work is finished if you hire him. This work was for a rental property. I am out of state and left the final payment up to the property manager and the tenant has complained about him not cleaning up very well (paint not being touched up, grout left on the carpet, ect)."
