"Five Star did a great job and came out right away. The problem is it's hard to get estimates from other companies because they all want a trip fee and you don't know who the 3 companies will be that call you until each one calls. I took the first one because I needed help right away. I don't know if I would do this again because although they did a great job I think I paid about 300 dollars more than I should have. "

He went far beyond what was required to try and correct the problem, and when he was unable to do so gave me the opportunity to go get a replacement faucet and then came back to install it. He was courteous, professional, and very personable."
