"Tim Whitney responded immediately to my service research on Servicemagic (all three recommeded electricians called within the hour). He was the most efficient on the phone - I knew my need was pretty simple (I have done some electrical work). His response to me was "that's an easy one" - he quoted over the phone based on my description, came the same day, did the job I asked and then mentioned the breaker involved was not sufficient (which I wouldnt have known) and replaced that too. Fast, neat, easy to talk to, and went the extra mile - what more could you ask for in an service professional? "
