"Benjamin Franklin sent a local plumber the day after I spoke to them. He was courteous, and extremely honest. When told about the previous attempt to free up my drain, he said he could try the same thing again, but that he would have to charge me the standard fee; he further advised me against hiring him as he felt he had no more substantial equipment than the first plumber had tried, and I'd be wasting my money. Can't ask for better than that! His honesty was greatly appreciated, especially after what happened on the next visit, by a third plumber. "

"Chris was very informative and took care of the problem in no time. My only issue was I was informed the job would not cost over $200 but actually I was charged $240. But he stated others would have charged me more. Other than that, I was pretty pleased with his work. However, I know to at least request a written estimate next time. "
