"I had Probe Environmental cleanup asbestos contained floor tiles that were located in my basement. Probe was responsible for tile removal, disposal, and air quality testing. With having an older home, there were some tight spaces (under stairwell). In those spaces, there were some tile pieces and dusts left behind. So cleanup/vacuuming wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. Lesson learned for me is to be there to inspect job after completion....lesson learned for Probe is to always offer to return to project site if customer calls with concerns."
