Review from Detroit, MI - Install Concrete Driveways & Floors

Rolland Cement, Inc.
Customer Rating:
Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
City: Detroit, MI
"In all of my contact with Rolland Cement, I spoke personally with Lori Rolland. She answered the phone when I first called to request bid. (Admittedly, I had thought they would be calling me first after being notified of the ServiceMaster referral.) Lori Rolland also came out, herself, to survey the job and gave me the quote immediately. On both occasions, she was extremely courteous, personable, and pleasant to deal with. Although I liked what they were offering in terms of what I wanted, they were the highest bidder by $500+ so I opted to select another contractor offering similar for less, advised Rolland on 10-6-09 & job came out fine!"
