"Very helpful, very in tune with my needs of getting a new pool heater, and very understanding when I cancelled the day before install when the heater began to operate properly again. I would surely go to them when it does totally die. Other companies would not even return my calls. I guess this would have been too small for them to fool with at this time of year. I would recommend Brandt to anyone. "
