"They were fast and curtious on the phone. They arrived first thing the next morning. Gentleman who arrived was polite and friendly. For some reason, the heater that didn't work the day before was working that morning, so the gentleman left within 5 minutes. I thought $75 was bit steep for the charge to come. I expected to pay as I know time is money, but with the company located in the neighboring city, didn't expect $75 charge for stopping by. I did ask the gentleman what I could pay him for his time after he told me the heater worked fine and he did not know. He said I would be billed. "
