"I hired Sir Grout to re-grout my limestone tiled bath/shower. Everyone I dealt with was friendly & professional. When I had to have them re-do a small spot that was missed they came back within a couple of days of my call and handled it promptly. The shower looks great now! The only complaint (I don't even know if I would call it that) would be a couple of spots where it didn't appear that all of the old grout was removed; perhaps this is a common issue when regrouting, I'm not sure since this is my first re-grouting. Also, they could have been slightly better cleaning up afterwards - I did clean up stray grout in a few spots in the bathroom."

"Larry did a nice job from start to finish. He was proactive, responsive, and onsite to quote the job very quickly. During the job, he used a slightly different color grout by accident. During inspection, we both noticed it and he immediately insisted to replace it with the correct color. He did it right away. I removed a star for putting in the wrong color and extending the job 30 minutes, but it gave me confidence that he has a focus on customer satisfaction so I'd like to give back 1/2 star if I could. Overall, I was happy and would use Larry again."
