"In answer to your question.....They were excellent....And being a female home owner, I found they did not talk down to me or tell me what they were going to do. Mike asked all the right questions and we both agreed on a plan of action..The work they did is sturdy and I can now built off of it. His assistants Jeremy and Buddy were sweet and respectful..I know that doesn't mean a lot about the work...But when these gentlemen spend time at your home it makes the job go that much quicker. "Just after startup of drain tile installation in our Amherst buckled basement, it was determined additional parts / labor was needed to attack more of the problem, not just treating the symptom. As we were hesitant in spending even more money, the situation probably should have been in original estimate and work order. Frank came out to address the situation and it was determined several parties were somewhat responsible, and he was very much in tune to customer service, and he gave us a good deal on the additional parts. Basement is dry and secure. Good Job."
