"He did some carpentry and insulation on a very cold day for our entry door and an interior cabinet. The insulation worked great and, but prevented the deadbolt from locking. He thought it would compress when the weather warmed a bit, but it was still a problem. So, we asked him to come back and address the problem. He came back and fixed the problem without any difficulties and without charging anything for it. His rates are very reasonable, he is a conscientious person and I would use his services again. "
