"The end result is good, but it is also pricey. The threshhold was rotted and it took just about 3 hrs to get the job done and the caulking and a 2 x 4. it is not rocket science. Anyway, the job was done for $360. Ouch!! With the snow coming, I did not want to get different bids. As for the customer service part, the technician was pleasant. The score could have been lower, Here is the story, I was advised he would come on Friday afternoon and we agreed to play phone tag and to tentatively expect him at about 4. No call came so by 4:45 to 5:15 I called asking if he was showing. We rescheduled then for Monday 7:30 am, he showed then,"
