| Comment: Rental property- 970 13th St. Built 1919. NW corner is where most of the problem is. North neighbor's gutters maybe is part of the problem. Gutters have been a part of the problem. They are being replaced soon and water is being routed to south of home. NW BR overlooking porch and porch have 1 inch space on north side. The porch doesn't seem to be dropping but rather splitting. French drains seem to not be effective. There are issues with SW side of cottage as well. I want to ensure I don't create new problems by running water to south side of 970 13th. I'd like to resolve issues causing problems before repairing structural issues. NW BR has drywall damage regularly and N column especially is tilting outward toward 13th/to the west mostly. I think front of home has a rock/mortor base and concrete base has a concrete slab added when it was finished. Not sure though.
