"Robert came within a short timeframe, was nice, could tell he had much experience, and gave great recommendations on our A\C unit and what we should go up to because our unit is 35 years old. He cleaned out the unit as well. We'll upgrade to another much bigger and needed unit soon and call him for a quote. He also came back out right after leaving because it stopped working from overheating and he made sure it came on before leaving. The capacitor went out the very next week and I ended up just researching online and going to and purchasing another upgraded capacitor locally and putting it in the older one's place. It now works better."

"Mr. Arceneaux responded to my inquiry through Servicemagic while I was still reading the glowing reviews of his service! He was able to come to our home within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem (my unit had frozen up!) and returned later (after it thawed sufficiently) to complete the service. He quickly found the leak, repaired it and charged the Freon. We can't praise Mr. Arceneaux enough! The inside temperature of our home was at 92 degrees when he arrived and within an hour we could see and feel the temp. dropping. His pricing was reasonable and information and experience invaluable! We will sleep comfortably tonight!"
