Comment: I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 Laptop. I first started noticing problems when I tried to bring it back up from screensaver/black mode and it wouldn't come back. I'd have to restart it to get it back. Then several times after this same thing would happen I later I got a message about low memory when I restarted it. I deleted a lot of files even though my C-drive said it was less than half full. My husband did a "check disk" run on it but then you couldn't get "out" of that and were never sure if it was really complete or not and would always start up doing the check disk until I was somehow able to get it to start normally. It seems that when it is on for awhile something possibly overheats and that is when it goes black again. It did appear to be performing normally for several hours at one point but then "blacked out" again. I did notice that in the bright sunlight I could actually see the screen behind the blackness and with great difficulty was som
