"I was called immediately after making my request to Service Magic and made an appointment. I was given a time rather than a window of time, which allowed me to schedule it around my work schedule. Rick called before he arrived and let me know we was at the hardware store looking at what the options would be for my repairs before we came to my house. The door repair is an unusual repair and Rick was able to repair the door so that it could again be locked. To restore the door to original working order it would require replacing the lock and at that time I was satisfied with the repair done. He also repaired me screen door free of charge. "

Comment: I have two glass doors that lead from my den/sunroom to my backyard deck. For some reason the latch is not gripping at the top to allow for locking the door.
