"Sorry ProJoe, forgot to rate ya a while back. OK SO I HAVE USED HIM THREE TIMES NOW. EACH TIME HE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. HECK I NEED TO BRING HIM BACK I STILL GOT MORE THING I NEED HELP WITH. HE SHOWS UP ON TIME, GETS STRAIGHT TO WORK AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. GREAT VALUE TOO. I have given his name to everyone who ever needs any help and is the only reason I came back to ServiceMagic.com He set the bar very high for all other people I have hired and if they dont do as good as Pro Joe does then they are not coming back (never has happened because I get great people here). Ok I need to wrap this up but PROJOE is Great!!!"

Comment: The side entrance to our house has a small stair that leads to the main level, and another run of stairs that leads to the basement. The basement stair was built/repaired at some time in the past with unequal tread depths. The total rise is about 5' in height, and I would like to have the original faulty stair removed and replaced. Nothing fancy, just stringers, treads, open risers, and a simple handrail. No finishes required, it can just be bare sanded wood, or primed white.
