I have a large deck that they fully sanded, and I mean fully-and then stained it beautifully, every inch. They were thorough, worked non stop, courteous, professional and extremely detail oriented. "We are very pleased with the service and finished product. The owner, Dale, was easy to work with and the crew (Juan and Pedro) we had were through, efficient, polite, and did an excellent job. We had our entire townhouse painted, walls, ceilings, shoe molding, crown molding, all the trim and doors, and even the closets. The entire project took eight days which is what e anticipated. We were happy that they did not rush through it and remained attentive to details. We felt that the price was very fair. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
