"My call back from HVAC was immediate, and we made an appointment for that afternoon. I had a lot of steam & heat coming from behind my dryer, and thought my ducts needed to be cleaned. The tech that came was Portuguese, and spoke very little English, but he was as cheerful, efficient and as pleasant as could be. With the help of a translation app on his phone, we got to the bottom of the issue - my vent had disconnected from the back of the dryer. This tall, young, cheerful fellow folded himself up into the tiny, hot space behind the washer & dryer like an octopus folding itself into a box, and replaced the rigid vent pipe w/a flexible one. And he came out smiling! I'd been quoted a price of $125 for merely cleaning out the duct. After 45 mins or so of diagnosing and fixing the problem, then checking to make sure the ducts were clean, the bill was still only $125. I would highly recommend this company, both for workmanship and customer service. A refreshing experience to have honesty, integrity and a good attitude combined in one small entity. Yay, HVAC!
