"We experienced a significant flood from a leaking refrigerator line, requiring renovation of the entire kitchen, hall, and bathroom on the first floor. Some renovation required in the family room and the living room, dining room, too, with drywall damage, trim damage, new flooring. I was so happy with the work that I asked them to do the upstairs, and we are not quite finished with that yet. Two upstairs bathrooms are finished and they are beautiful. Painting, and new flooring is next, and with a few punchlist items and we should be finished. They built a fireplace from some pictures for a reference and a discussion about what I was looking for. They built it on site, made it a little bigger so the proportion was better with the room. It is gorgeous, and it beautifully matches my shaker kitchen cabinets in my open floor plan, and really has created a focal point for the first floor. They also did the roof, which is beautiful. And replaced some inside stuff like the water heater, sump pumps, and installation of a backup battery. Virtually an entire house renovation. The work is great, every single guy that came out to my house was wonderful. Eric and John are amazing. canâ t say enough about them, the great tradesmen, and the company overall."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"We did a complete gut job on an out dated bathroom. The project required complete re-piping replacing galvanized pipes with copper and iron drain pipes with PVC, replacement of all electrical fixtures and faucets, moved one wall by about 18 inches, installed new tub, tiled a new shower, and worked cooperatively with custom cabinet maker to install a custom built vanity. They also did some other work replacing a vestibule floor in the living room and removing an old concrete and iron deep sink in the laundry room and installing a new laundry sink. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We love the new bathroom, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Everyone was very professional, showed up on time, respectful of our house, and were very good to work with. All the work was performed up to code and the project was completed within the timeframe originally laid out at the start of the project.
