"on time, good suggestions, friendly to work with. immediate issue was to patch a hole in slate roof. they were prepared with slates on the truck & did it immediately. It was a simple job that needed to be done right away, & they took care of it. so that part was great & they fixed the leak - thank you! down side is they patched it with nails and tar, which is not a "proper" long term fix for a slate roof. i agreed to this & i want to be clear this is NOT a complaint! i needed the fastest possible fix to stop a leak & that's what they provided. but they did seem hesitant to take on a larger job of correctly replacing & repairing slates."
