Put Hardiebacker and ceramic tiles in window. Replace sections of drywall with water-resistant drywall. Remove existing 36" stand-up shower, remove plumbing in wall and wall up to create a linen closet within adjacent closet. Tub surround, Hardiebacker, tile, shower head and faucet hardware, water-resistant drywall, and appropriate screws all ready purchased. Pics available if needed.
