"We got 3 bids on the job--one at $9100, the next at $6500, and Lutz Falting's bid of $3750. We decided to use Lutz, with some concern because of the low bid. However, we were not disappointed. He did all of his own work--nothing farmed out to crews. He worked with constant attention to functionality as well as to form. He took pride in every detail, and delivered the fabulous final product on time, fully functioning, and quite beautiful. Moreover, he provides maintenance (cleaning, checking/repairing/replacing equipment, etc.) for the first year free, and $25 a month thereafter. And, equally as important, he is a very fine person."
