| Comment: i had home owners ins. the roof was inspected and said it needed to be replaced in 30 days to keep my ins. i dont have the money to get the roof. i was told it would be atleast over $4,000 and so i dont have ins. now. my husband and I are both disabled. we are paying for the house which belonged to my mother-in-law and she is deceased since aug. 2007 and the succession has not been done. my brother-in-law lives on the property in the back and is on the mortgage note but will not help pay his responsibility so to keep from losing a place to live and losing the house we are paying the mortgage note. the house or contents are not worth anything without homeowners ins. and cant get the ins. without a new roof. |
