"Castle has very good quality and value in the products they offered and an outstanding warranty. The finished job looks great. However, they are not always the best when it comes to their office staff. Mix ups occurred with appointments, installation schedules, types of doors available and the wrong interior trim was given to the installer, which required a second visit to my home to complete the job. The installers clean up after the job was also not the best. I found several nails, screws and a some broken glass in my driveway where their truck had been parked."
