"We brought 2 storm doors for an older Baltimore cape cod, which had odd sized doorways. Everything about the experience was smooth as silk. From the appt. regarding estimate to prompt and professional installation. The product, so far, seems sturdy, attractive and reliable."

"Very good experience w/ initial sales call, good price. The installer had trouble with his truck, but still made the effort to get to us and install the door on the scheduled day, which we really appreciated. He could not take the old door away due to not having his truck, so he said he'd be back the next week. 10 days after the install we still had the old door in our front yard. 2 calls to the owner's office voice unanswered. We finally got a hold of someone live on the phone;the door was taken away about 3 weeks after the install. We also had some cosmetic issues that we told the owner about, but got no follow-up."
